England’s Patient Safety Commissioner confirmed as keynote
England’s Patient Safety Commissioner Dr Henrietta Hughes OBE is the latest confirmed keynote for Rewired 2025.
Before her national role as independent patient champion Dr Hughes was the National Guardian for the NHS and a medical director at NHS England. She is a practicing GP.
Her morning keynote on the Patient Engagement and Outcomes Stage takes place on Wednesday 19 March. Joined by Jonathan Gregory, national clinical advisor for Macmillan Cancer Support, the pair will discuss how to lead and adapt for digitally enabled care in the community and address digital inclusion across the system.
The stage will shine a light on the fantastic work of NHS teams and partners across the NHS App, personalised care, remote monitoring, inclusive service design, virtual wards, patient portals and more.
