Aasha Cowey is the Assistant Director of Digital Services (Innovation and Transformation) at the Welsh Ambulance Service. Beginning their career as a 999 emergency medical dispatcher, their curiosity eventually steered them towards the digital realm. Aasha is deeply passionate about the intersection of people, culture, and digital technology, and is committed to advancing the professionalism agenda in this space. Aasha is a parent, enjoys a music festival and marital arts, and is co-founder of both FlexNHS and the South East Digital Skills Development Network.
