Deep dive into the lessons learnt from implementation

As the clinical digitisation group within the EPR programme, Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership Trust will share their journey of the transformation to digital and the implementation of a new EPR in our trust (CWPT). Including the digital leadership, clinical data safety, staff training, buy in and support, clinical decisions and data migration, digital champion network, process mapping and validation. A discussion around our journey, that we had to make fit into a 9 month time period, detailing our challenges and positive outcomes through SWOT analysis.
