Alexander is the Director of the NHS Fellowship in Clinical AI, which equips NHS healthcare leaders to adopt clinical AI. Alexander is a Consultant in Genomic AI at South East Genomic Medicine Service, Director of the NHS Genomic AI Network, and the genomic AI theme lead in the Alan Turing Institute Clinical AI Interest Group. He has developed auditable standards (BS 30440) for AI in healthcare with the British Standards Institution as an editorial panel chair.
