Euan McComiskie

Euan qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2007. He worked in clinical roles before his journey with clinical informatics began in 2012, working in Scotland and Northern Ireland before starting his current UK-wide role at the CSP. His role at the CSP is to improve informatics knowledge and skills in the physiotherapy profession and to drive informatics inclusion in policy and strategy. He is an international leader in physiotherapy informatics, a Fellow of the British Computer Society, the Clinical Lead for Physiotherapy at ORCHA, and is studying for a PhD in digital education for AHPs at Queen Mary University of London. In 2019 he set up the Digital and Informatics Physiotherapy Group, in 2022 launched the Physiotherapy Health Informatics Strategy (PHIS), and in 2025 launched Digital and Data Foundations: practical skills for UK AHPs.
