Penny Kechagioglou

Dr Penny Kechagioglou is a senior healthcare leader with 23 years’ experience in the NHS and with active leadership roles in the public, private and voluntary sectors. An active consultant clinical oncologist, executive medical director and chief clinical information officer (DHN CCIO AP chair), Dr Kechagioglou brings healthcare strategy, innovation and digital transformation expertise, whilst being a strong advocate for an integrated model of cancer care. Awarded a doctorate in business administration from Warwick Business School, complementing her MBA (Bradford), MSc in Public Health (UOL) and her Diploma in Digital Health leadership (Imperial College). She is the author of the Springer’s book ‘Healthcare Innovation Success: learning from organisational experience’.
