Antony Chuter


Antony has lived with pain for over 27 years. He holds a number of roles supporting patients who live with pain, and acts as an ambassador for patient and public involvement.

Antony has represented patients and the public on a variety of groups over the last 10 years, and co-authored numerous publications where he ensures the patient/public voice is key.

His experience includes acting as co-applicant and a patient and public representative on UK-wide grants, most recently in the field of health data.

Antony is currently a trustee and chair of Pain UK and is a past chair of the Patient Liaison Committee at the British Pain Society. He was previously chair of the Royal College of General Practitioners Patient Partnership Group and was awarded an Honorary Fellowship in 2013.
