Jim works for Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust as a Director of digital and data Programmes and supports development of the digital and data strategy across Cheshire and Merseyside ICS. Since 2020 Jim has led the development of the CIPHA (Combined Intelligence for Population Health Action) programme across Cheshire and Merseyside – initially as Covid response. CIPHA is a fully integrated data platform supporting key priority transformation areas such as elective recovery and fuel poverty.
