Lauren is Lead Data Scientist at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, leading a team of statisticians and data scientists in the use of statistical and data science techniques for the prescriptive and predictive analysis of data to improve outcomes for patients treated at the hospital.

Through this role, she has worked on developing machine learning models and helping inform the strategy for the usage of AI at the Trust and is extremely interested in the assurance of the safe implementation and adoption of machine learning and AI in healthcare.
