As Associate Director for Digital Change, Jenni’s role involves understanding the digital strategies across Cheshire and Mersey and Lancashire and South Cumbria and trying to support their agendas then linking them into national work. She is currently leading the evaluation of virtual wards across Cheshire and Merseyside and has background in business change and benefits realisation of digital technologies in health and social care.

Having worked in the NHS for over 15 years as a Pharmacy Technician, she then moved in to Health Informatics working with iSOFT to design and implement their Pharmacy Stock control system for the UK&I, as well as working for NHS North West on the National Programme for IT as Business Change and Benefits lead, Across Lancashire on various projects from step up step down bed management systems to the implementation of the Health Information Exchange and more recently at NHS Digital as Engagement Lead for NHS login and Personal Heath Records.
