As a practising primary care doctor, former associate chief clinical information officer (CCIO) at NHS England and senior fellow to the chief executive of NHSE, Harpreet Sood is at the forefront of healthcare delivery. Witnessing firsthand the impact of innovation and digital health on patient outcomes means he is dedicated to driving positive change through strategic implementation of emerging digital health technologies. By reforming current operating models with technology and harnessing the power of AI, he believes we can move from reactive to proactive care, ultimately empowering individuals to take control of their health journey.

Dr Harpreet Sood is a GP and a former board member at Health Education England. His previous roles include Clinical Advisor for the COVID-19 Vaccine Programme, Associate Chief Clinical Information Officer and Senior Fellow to the CEO of NHS England. Dr Sood led the NHS Digital Academy and worked on the Global Digital Exemplar Programme.
