Rewired connections grow as three more partners added
The new partnerships will all have involvement in shaping or delivering part of the packed conference programme, as well as taking part in the new show.
Three new partners have joined Digital Health Rewired, as momentum builds on the only event focused on connecting NHS IT leaders and their teams to the latest in digital disruption and innovation.
NHS Providers’ Informatics Group, The Institute of Health Records & Information Management and The Northern, Yorkshire and Humberside Directors of Informatics Forum (NHYDIF) have all signed up to be official partners of Digital Health Rewired.
Taking place in London on 25-26 March 2019, Rewired is the new two-day conference and one-day exhibition focused on joining up and integrating health and care through the transformational use of technology.

Over 80 Rewired speakers will present and debate across eight tracks in a packed two -day programme.
Keynotes include Matt Hancock, secretary of state for health and care; Doug Gurr UK MD of Amazon, speaking in his capacity as chair of the British Heart Foundation; Simon Eccles, national CCIO for health and social care; Dr Ben Goldacre, best-selling author and open data campaigner; Ali Parsa, CEO of Babylon Health; and Will Smart, national CIO for health and social care.
Adding to the line-up is Amber Jabbal, head of policy at NHS Providers, who speak at the Rewired Leadership Summit, 25 March, as part of a panel on getting CCIOs and CIOs onto boards.
NHS Providers is the membership organisation and trade association for the NHS hospital, mental health, community and ambulance services that treat patients and service users in the NHS.

The Rewired Conference and Exhibition on day two at London Olympia will feature seven parallel conference tracks, exploring key themes and trends in the digitisation of health and care.
This week’s Topol Review called for a focus on developing a digital ready NHS workforce, building on the IHRIM’s work in supporting staff working with health records, information management, clinical coding and information governance.

Those working with digital records should explore the Rewired Clinical Software stream featuring sessions that grapple with key challenges of adopting records standards, developing EPR 2.0 and open platforms, and how to avoid digital clinical burnout.
Rewired is due to attract over 1,200 delegates with strong representation from the North-East, East Midlands, Yorkshire and Humberside. NYHDIF, the long standing and reputable group that provides information, support, and well informed debate to informatics directors working in the NHS to these geographies, has also signed up to support Rewired.
