Travel advice for Wednesday 15 March
The Tube strike affecting London Underground lines is due to take place on day two of Rewired 2023, Wednesday 15 March.
Full details of the affected lines have not yet been released. We recommend all visitors monitor the Travel for London website for travel updates when planning your journey.
There are alternative ways to travel to and from the Business Design Centre

Taxi
There is a taxi rank at the back of venue outside Sainsbury’s, however black cabs often drive up and down Upper Street at the front of the venue where visitors can pick one up.
Bus
Islington is served by many bus routes that stop outside the venue and nearby. You can take a look at the best journey for you or to plan ahead on the TfL Bus Journey Maps.
Cycling
Free cycle storage is available in the on-site car park. You can also rent Santander bikes from several hire stations in the Islington area.
Driving and Car Sharing
The BDC is not in the Congestion Charge zone. There is a 250-space car park on-site, however, make sure you pre-book your space to avoid disappointment. Satnav location: N1 0PW.
