What we're looking for
Successful submissions will demonstrate:
Practical case studies from healthcare organisations, including NHS and independent providers across primary, secondary, community and tertiary care
Clear evidence of implementation rather than plans or aspirations
Tangible outcomes supported by data, evaluation or measurable impact
Honest reflections on challenges, lessons learned and what others can apply in their own organisations
Examples of successful collaboration across teams, organisations or systems
Who can apply?

Independent healthcare providers
Community and primary care organisations
Integrated Care Systems and Health Boards
Social care
Public sector organisations
Submissions from outside the UK are welcome. If your work offers valuable learning for the wider digital community in health and social care, we'd like to hear from you.
