We're looking for the people behind health and social care's most impactful digital, data and technology projects to share what they've learned at Rewired 2027.

Every year, Rewired brings together thousands of digital, data and technology professionals from across health and social care to discover practical solutions, learn from their peers and take away ideas they can implement in their own organisations.

For 2027, we're looking for presentations that move beyond theory and focus on real-world implementation.

Whether you've successfully deployed AI, optimised an EPR, transformed digital infrastructure, improved interoperability, strengthened cyber security or revolutionised digital, we'd love to hear your story.

What we're looking for

Successful submissions will demonstrate:

red arrow Practical case studies from healthcare organisations, including NHS and independent providers across primary, secondary, community and tertiary care

red arrow Clear evidence of implementation rather than plans or aspirations

red arrow Tangible outcomes supported by data, evaluation or measurable impact

red arrow Honest reflections on challenges, lessons learned and what others can apply in their own organisations

red arrow Examples of successful collaboration across teams, organisations or systems

Submissions are welcome from:

red arrow Community and primary care organisations

red arrow Integrated Care Systems and Health Boards

red arrow Public sector organisations

Submissions from outside the UK are welcome. If your work offers valuable learning for the wider digital community in health and social care, we'd like to hear from you.

Your submission

As part of your application, you'll be asked to provide:

red arrow A short synopsis of your proposed presentation

red arrow Three key learning outcomes for attendees

red arrow Evidence of impact, including any relevant data or evaluation

red arrow An optional supporting document, such as a short presentation or academic poster

Before you apply

Please note:

red arrow Successful presentations may be combined into themed sessions featuring several short case studies followed by a shared Q&A.

red arrow We receive a high volume of submissions and unfortunately may not be able to provide individual feedback to every applicant.

red arrow If selected, speakers must commit to attending Rewired 2027 on the agreed date. If circumstances change, we ask that you notify the Rewired team as soon as reasonably possible.
