Do we now need to be far more radical about using digital to transform healthcare?

The Rewired Big Debate will focus on whether we need to be more radical in our approach to thinking about digital. Why do promised productivity benefits of health digitisation remain so elusive. Where are the promised benefits of EPR investments? Are we just using digital to smooth points of friction?
