Laura Burrowes

Laura is the Clinical Development Lead for the Digital Health Transformation Service at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. In this role, she guides like-minded digital nurses to successfully adopt innovative ways to reach out and engage with service users. Laura qualified as a paediatric nurse in 2007, working in an acute paediatric setting before commencing her career in school nursing in 2018, and completing the PGDip in specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN) in 2020. In her previous role, Laura led on ChatHealth for the School Nursing Team in Manchester, igniting her passion for digital nursing.
Lindsay Evans

Lindsay Evans is Clinical Lead for Service User Systems at Sussex Partnership NHS foundation Trust, leading on innovative patient facing technology. Lindsay has 15 years experience as an Occupational Therapist working in a range of both physical and mental healthcare settings, including setting up a Dementia Care unit in an acute hospital where she drew on both her physical and mental health experience to leading a multi-disciplinary in Primary Care mental health services.
Whilst in Primary Care, Lindsay led the co-production and PhD evaluation of digitising a group treatment for people with complex emotional difficulties. The evaluation was published and has been presented at a range of academic and digital forums. The success of this innovation led to a role focusing on Digital Interventions across primary, secondary and specialist mental health services, and then to her current role leading on all patient facing technology for the Trust.
Lindsay has also had further opportunities have continued to develop and progress her digital leadership skills including successfully gaining an AHP Bursary to attend the Digital Health Summer School and Digital Health Mentoring programme in 2022.
Tracey Holland
CNIO and associate director of quality standards, Norfolk and Suffolk NHS FT
I have worked in the NHS since 1998 and registered as a Mental Health Nurse in 2003. I went on to complete a BSc (Hons) in mental health nursing in 2008, and a MA in Leadership and Innovation in 2018. My career has spanned adult acute inpatient, crisis, and community mental health services, with a particular interest in quality standards and improvement. I completed the IHI Quality Improvement Coaching course in 2019.
My current role is Associate Director of Quality Standards and Chief Nursing Information Officer, working for Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.
