Technology enabled remote monitoring at scale

In this session learn how two Technology Enabled Remote Monitoring (TERM) projects and how they are being implemented at scale. to improve patient outcomes. The DECIDE (Digitally Enabled Care in Diverse Environments) centre is a partnership between the University of Oxford and RAND Europe will introduce their work and share learning about key influences on the success of TERM pathways. In addition, find out how TERM is being utilised in schools across Wales and how it had improved patient wellbeing, clinical experience and reduced demand on an already stretched system.
