Upskilling NMAHP Education and Workforce Development

Hear from three projects in action aiming to upskill the NHS NMAHP workforce. NHS Elect will cover their UK-wide programme to digitise and implement a national specialty-nursing proficiency framework. Francesca Rees has developed a digital literacy framework which helps to create multi-disciplinary teams and ensure public safety. Liz Leggott will focus on how digital technologies such as VR can reshape the NHS’ clinical education, with an emphasis on cervical screening training.
