Multi-disciplinary approach to cyber incidents
Following recent cyber incidents this session will demonstrate how it is imperative to have a multidisciplinary approach to ensure the most effective route to resolution is taken. This involves cyber, information governance, clinical, operations and communications to ultimately achieve a desired goal as quickly as possible, minimising the risk of patient harm.
