Transforming Patient Experience: Leveraging AI to Enhance Safety, Insight, and Action at Buckinghamshire Health NHS Trust

Buckinghamshire Health NHS Trust has co-developed a tool that leverages AI to completely change our approach to patient experience management. The Trust has deployed Quail (Quality, AI & Learning), an AI-powered tool designed to analyse patient feedback from various unstructured data sources, such as complaints, PALS, and incidents. This presentation will explore the tangible impact of Quail on patient experience, safety, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.

The presentation will also discuss the collaborative development process, which involved working closely with clinical and operational teams at the Trust to ensure the tool aligns with local priorities and regulatory requirements.
