Three different NHS organisations will share how they have imbedded clinical safety. Attendees will leave the session with a comprehensive understanding of what digital clinical safety means and processes that they can embed in their own organisations. University Hospitals of Northamptonshire will share the benefits of a comprehensive digital clinical safety documentation, processes and governance. NHS National Services Scotland will talk about how they have paved the way for a higher standard of quality in health IT across Scotland with this approach and our approach is compatible with the English standards. And, Midlands Partnership FT shares how they have become an award winning lead a clinical safety team.
