Run at Rewired 2025

Join us for Run at Rewired on Tuesday 18 March and Wednesday 19 March at 7am for an energizing start to your conference day!
Led by Lee Rickles, CIO at Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust, the run will start outside the Crowne Plaza, NEC, offering both 5km and 10km routes around the NEC buildings.
This is a fun, all-abilities run—whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking for a morning boost, you’re welcome to join!

Beginner Friendly Yoga Sessions

Start your day feeling refreshed, calm and focused. Join in for a 45-minute yoga class before the event kicks off, where you’ll be guided through gentle movements and mindful practices to calm and focus your mind, boost energy, and release tension and stress. Take away simple techniques that you can do during your day to boost well-being. These classes are inclusive and beginner friendly. All equipment provided. Absolutely no experience needed.

Free Workshop - Equity by Design: Integrating Equity into NHS Digital Transformation
