In the day one keynote on the Smart Health Stage, Prof. Loughton will share early lessons from the virtual ward in Wolverhampton described as a ‘great’ innovation by executives from NHS England and NHS Improvement. 

Rob Webster, CEO, West Yorkshire and Harrogate Partnership
Former CEO of NHS Confederation and multiple NHS trusts, Rob currently leads one of the largest health and care systems in England. Our day two morning keynote will discuss the pressing need for new kinds of digital leadership for developing ICSs and ICBs, on the Integrated Care Stage. 

Helen Thomas, CEO, Digital Health & Care Wales 
Helen will share her experiences of building a digital workforce for health and care in Wales on the Digital Transformation Stage, on day one. She’ll discuss succession planning, promoting talent and the role of professionalism as part of a panel session with Andrew Griffiths, CEO of FEDIP; Yinka Makinde, Director of Digital Workforce at NHS England; and James Freed, CDIO of Health Education England. 

Richard Stubbs, CEO, Yorkshire & Humber AHSN 
Richard, a leading health innovation expert, will discuss how digital can be used for improving health inequalities. Catch him on the National Policy and Keynote Stage on day one talking about the digital tools, scalable solutions and case studies that are driving more inclusive patient care in his region.
