Mike Bracken, is a founding partner of digital change consultancy Public Digital. He was the UK’s first government chief data officer and is a world authority on digital government. Dr. Jessica Morley, postdoctoral research associate at Yale University’s Digital Ethics Center produced a barnstorming presentation on the Rewired main stage earlier this year. Addressing the ethical risks and challenges posed by digital health transformation, including the hope vs hype of AI in healthcare, her session drew a rapturous audience response.
