Reshma Tailor

Innovation Partnership Lead, Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust,
Reshma is an Innovation Partnership Lead at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, with over seven years’ experience across NHS roles and two and a half years in research and innovation. Her work focuses on enabling innovation to be tested, evidenced, and shaped, not procured. She builds strong external partnerships by aligning clinical need, organisational priorities, and partner capability to create pilots that deliver meaningful learning and long-term value. She supports the set-up and delivery of innovation pilots and proofs of concept, working with clinical teams, internal stakeholders, and SMEs to develop use cases, generate evidence, informed decision-making and scope funding opportunities. Her time within the Research and Innovation team has provided strong clinical and governance experience, ensuring innovation is safe and well-governed. Reshma led the Trust’s first Ambient Voice Technology pilots across two clinical services and is a member of the Innovation Advisory Board at her Trust, giving her first-hand insight into the leadership and cultural barriers that prevent innovation from scaling. Alongside her NHS role, she brings entrepreneurial experience as a former founder of an SME and published author, which informs her pragmatic, value-driven approach to innovation.
