Ayobola Chike‑Michael is a senior project manager with more than 20 years of experience driving transformation and innovation across government and the healthcare system, specialising in patient safety, mental health, quality improvement and project and change management. At the Health Innovation Network South London, she helps to lead the delivery of the Mindset‑XR programme, supporting innovators who develop immersive digital technologies that strengthen mental health outcomes and expand access to care.
