Michelle Haddock
Michelle is an experienced senior pharmacist with over 25 years of expertise across NHS acute trusts, commissioning, and regional leadership roles. Her career began in hospital pharmacy, where she spent more than two decades developing and delivering clinical pharmacy services within acute NHS hospitals, including practicing as an independent prescriber. Four years ago, Michelle transitioned into organisational and system development, implementing a wide range of medicines-related services and projects alongside NHS England, Integrated Care Boards and other healthcare system partners. Currently her role includes regional clinical lead for the NHS England Health and Justice medicines quality assurance team and development of the NHS England Electronic Prescribing Learning Lab, a national digital resource for NHS trusts.
