Managing digital inflation and improving end-user experience through embracing cloud services

This session will explore how Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) is leveraging cloud services, many of which are already paid for, to help manage digital inflation and improve user experience. Also, will explain how DHCW has approached contract renewals to maximise discounts from technology providers.
