Debbie joined the NHS from the private sector, having held leadership roles at IBM and Andersen Consulting. Debbie has delivered major digital programmes including Radiology PACS, Pathology LIMS, and ePR systems, and is currently leading the Nervecentre implementation across UHDB and Chesterfield Royal Hospital and leading the way across the Digital Design Collaborative across the East Midlands Acute providers. Debbie has been Vice Chair of the Digital Health CIO Advisory Panel for the past two years and is also a CHIME faculty member, speaking widely on digital transformation and is passionate about developing career opportunities for the DDaT workforce in health and care
