Jay Burt
Clinical Policy Fellow, The Health Foundation
Jay Burt is a medical doctor and clinical policy fellow at The Health Foundation. Their work focusses on environmental sustainability, climate resilience and net zero leadership in health and social care. They were a Clinical Fellow to The NHS Chief Sustainability Officer in 2024-2025 and prior to that completed Foundation Training in Surrey and Sussex. Jay developed and delivered Carbon Literacy Training for Healthcare Students, and has a research background in global health.
