Jana Schulte is the Director of the NHS InSites programme, a national initiative that helps NHS organisations test, evaluate and adopt innovation in real‑world clinical environments. Her work focuses on reducing duplication across the system, strengthening shared capability, and supporting teams to introduce changes that improve care for patients and staff. Jana has extensive experience across strategic and operational roles in the UK and Europe, including previously serving as Managing Director of a public–private partnership between industry and the NHS
