Preparing for AI: readiness, governance, and workforce learning from emerging AI use cases

Artificial intelligence is already moving from concept to clinic in the NHS but what does it take to deploy it safely, effectively, and at scale? In this session, three NHS organisations on the NHS InSites programme will share their real-world experiences as early adopters of AI. 
Together, these sites will provide practical tips, common pitfalls, and lessons learned to help other NHS organisations accelerate AI adoption with confidence.
