Mark Kewley
Director, OneLondon Data and Analytics Service and Programme Director, The London Secure Data Environment
Mark has been helping lead strategy within the NHS, with a focus on integrating care in London, for nearly ten years. He has helped organisations shape and deliver their strategies at all tiers of the public sector, including roles as: senior policy advisor at 10 Downing Street; a Strategy Lead at an NHS Foundation Trust; as Transformation Director for a CCG, and as a Chief Officer for a Health Innovation Network. He was lead author of the 2019 London Vision, working on behalf of London Councils, the GLA and the NHS. That strategy committed to establish and scale the OneLondon partnership, including both the planning and development of the London Care Record and the delivery of the pioneering 2020 public deliberation on the uses of health and care data. Mark continues to provide strategic and operational direction to the OneLondon programme, operating as the Programme Director to deliver the London Secure Data Environment – the largest international example of joined-up health and care information for a diverse global city – with the aim of enabling better care, better planning, and more impactful research.
