Mike Fell
Executive Director of National Cyber Operations, NHSE
Mike is the Executive Director of National Cyber Security Operations at NHS England. Prior to NHS England, Mike was at NHS Digital, having moved there in 2022 from being Deputy Director of Cyber Security at HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC). Mike has held a number of cyber leadership roles in central government and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and has led various projects such as HMRC's anti-phishing efforts and working to support the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics. Mike is based in Greater Leeds and is an avid traveller.
