Sara has been CEO of Pontem Data since 2024, where she leads the development and delivery of virtual care solutions across Europe. Virtual care is an emerging care delivery model in Europe - and particularly in the UK - building on strong learnings from the United States, where virtual care is already a leading model of care. Sara has extensive experience in managing large-scale transformation programmes across healthcare and other public-sector organisations, with a strong focus on digital transformation. Her background includes leading the Epic implementation in Denmark, covering 14 hospitals. Her work is driven by a commitment to improving healthcare through innovative solutions that benefit patients while enabling healthcare professionals to work in the best possible conditions.
