Celine Kennard is an experienced programme, project, and change management professional who has dedicated her career to driving innovation and service improvement across the NHS. As Innovation Programme Manager for the Mid and South Essex (MSE) Innovation Programme, she leads the development and delivery of initiatives that support internal and external innovators, strengthen partnerships, and build a culture of innovation across the workforce.
