Morning keynote: Achieving the digitalisation of healthcare at a national level

This session explores what it takes to achieve digital transformation at a national scale, drawing on perspectives from Wales, Estonia and Ireland. Speakers will share lessons from different stages of maturity – from Estonia’s globally leading digital infrastructure to Ireland’s later adoption journey. Together, they will examine the enablers, challenges and critical success factors for national digital health strategies, before coming together for a joint Q&A on how to accelerate progress and deliver truly integrated, data-driven care.
