Antonia is the Chief Nursing Information Officer (CNIO) at Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust. Antonia's dissertation explored how to improve the adoption of virtual consultations in community services, looking beyond the technology to the workforce, culture and systems around it. Using organisational data alongside interviews and focus groups with clinicians and digital leaders, the project identified key barriers and enablers to digital uptake, leading to practical recommendations to support more effective and equitable use of virtual care.
