Best practice nurse-led digital change

This session brings together nurse-led perspectives on delivering practical, sustainable digital transformation by bridging technology, clinical practice, and research. Speakers will explore how structured approaches such as Visualise, Optimise, Digitise (VOD), combined with strong clinical engagement and reliable infrastructure, can improve workflows, safety, and adoption. Real-world examples highlight the importance of collaboration between IT and frontline teams, user-centred design, and continuous support. The session will also showcase the development of a nurse-led digital research community, strengthening evidence-based practice and creating scalable models for system-wide transformation.
