Beyond the dashboard: designing digital care for minds, bodies, and real people

Digital transformation in health often focuses on data and dashboards, but effective digital care must reflect the realities of people’s lives. This session explores how digital health solutions can be designed around the whole person – integrating clinical evidence, lived experience, behavioural science and evaluation. Drawing on policy, frontline clinical practice, research and service design, speakers will examine how to move beyond technical metrics to create digital services that are evidence-based, scalable and genuinely responsive to the needs of patients and communities.
