Building a digitally capable clinical workforce

The NHS Fellowship in Clinical AI will address building a digitally capable clinical workforce through its structure, curriculum, and international reach, highlighting how immersive, interdisciplinary training can equip clinicians to lead AI adoption safely and sustainably. HEIW will look at how a multi-layered, clinically led approach to AI education – combining foundational training, interactive tools, and practical innovation – is key to building workforce confidence, trust, and capability for safe AI adoption in healthcare.
