EMAP: building NHS product capability at scale

The East Midlands Acute Providers (EMAP) Digital Design Collaborative is one of the most ambitious regional digital programmes in the NHS today. Eight acute trusts are working together to implement Nervecentre as a shared Electronic Patient Record, building not just a system but a new way of delivering transformation across organisational boundaries. This session will show how EMAP is pioneering a sustainable, scalable approach to digital transformation in the NHS. It will be relevant to CIOs, CCIOs, CNIOs, programme leaders, and suppliers alike – anyone interested in how the NHS can move from fragmented projects to shared products that deliver better services, better value, and lasting impact.
