From pilot to practice: making innovation stick in the NHS

How can organisations create the right conditions for innovations to take root, spread, and deliver lasting impact? Across the NHS, promising digital solutions too often stall at the pilot stage. In this session, three NHS organisations on the NHS InSites programme share their real-world experiences of moving from one-off pilots to embedded practice. Attendees will gain practical insights, common pitfalls to avoid, and proven strategies for turning promising pilots into sustainable change.
