Euan qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2007. He worked in clinical roles before his journey with clinical informatics began in 2012. His role at the CSP is to improve informatics knowledge and skills in the physiotherapy profession and to drive informatics inclusion in policy and strategy. He is co-vice chair of the CNIO Advisory Panel, co-lead for AHPs and a Fellow of the Faculty of Clinical Informatics, and the Clinical Lead for Physiotherapy at ORCHA.

Caroline has worked as a children’s Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) in London for almost fifteen years, her work has been with across the NHS, Local Authorities and Independent Practice. Experience has included working in mainstream and special primary and secondary schools with a clinical specialism in Autism.
As co-founder of Verbo, Caroline has collaborated with Blum Health Ltd. and successfully secured four grants which have resulted in the development of a Speech and Language Therapy platform to provide: screening, interventions & activities and training for early years, schools, post-16. Verbo provides instant access to a toolkit that upskills education professionals with resources to support Children and Young People. Responding to the nationwide shortfall of SaLTs, the platform also aims to build capacity and increase efficiencies for therapists.

She has worked closely with the digital, nursing and therapy teams transforming documentation using structured data flows and following the workflow. Digital interests include user-centred design, workflow improvements, patient held records and reducing the documentation burden on staff.

Laura is new in post as Lead AHP for Digital. As a Physiotherapist by background, and experience in Team Manager roles, Laura has a keen interest in opportunities that will help reduce documentation duplication and burden for staff. Digital interests include systems to increase information access for staff and patients, aiming to improve understanding of conditions and care, and digital data collection to support recording service impact and quality.
