Community nursing – community nursing in the digital age

Dr Crystal Oldman will introduce the panel by reflecting on where community nursing is working well, what the aspirations are and the challenges that need to be overcome.

The session will the open to a panel discussion on how digital is being approached from different areas of the community including adult social care, GP, district nursing, mental health and primary care. Learn from those who have worked together to achieve digital solutions across a stretched service, to bring patient care into the community.
