Lifelong Learning for the Digital Workforce: learn today, apply tomorrow

The Institute of Global Health Innovation (IGHI) at Imperial College London has been delivering the Digital Health Leadership Programme (DHLP) for the NHS Digital Academy since its inception in 2018, its alumni community now consisting of 600+ digital changemakers across the system. Led by Academic Director and IGHI Co-Director Professor Ara Darzi, the DHLP sets out to equip CIOs, CCIOs and other (aspiring) digital leaders with the skills, confidence and knowledge to drive the shift to move care from analogue to digital, one of the key strategic pillars of an NHS fit for the future. Alongside the DHLP, IGHI have launched a new series of 2-day residential bootcamps to support digital leaders across the NHS to keep furthering their skills and knowledge around the most pressing issues in healthcare today, including AI Strategy and Cybersecurity.
