National Blueprint Programme: Expanding ways to share learnings to accelerate Digital Transformation

In this session, the NHS England National Blueprinting Programme will provide an overview of the importance of Blueprinting to help NHS and health and care organisations that are less digitally mature to deliver quicker and more cost-effective digitisation, leading to better health outcomes for patients and improved staff experience. The Blueprinting Programme works with NHS and health and care organisations to co-define and create Blueprints of previous Digital Transformation projects that provide good practice step by step guides and share reflective learnings to support and enhance frontline capabilities.

In this session, the following organisations will provide an overview of their Blueprints to showcase examples of Digital Transformation good practice:

• ‘Self-Service Appointment Booking System’ – Newcastle upon Tyne NHS Hospital Trust
• A cloud-based intelligence platform [PaaS] migration’ – Hampshire & Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
