Fletcher, Beatrix

Beginning her career as a Nurse and Midwife, Beatrix has since delved into business management, marketing, and operational roles, steadily expanding her skill set. In 2019, she made a shift into Digital and AI Project Management.

She has contributed to the development of AI deployment platforms and facilitated AI integration into the NHS. In her current role for the NHS Fellowship in Clinical AI she delivers an initiative to empower healthcare leaders with the expertise to leverage AI into their clinical workflows.

Outside of the Fellowship, she actively contributes to team project management of AI products and is particularly interested in developing future AI deployment strategies via multidisciplinary teams to scale digital solutions effectively.

In addition, Beatrix is engaged in promoting AI fairness as a member of an AI Fairness working group and is passionate about mentoring and education, guiding the next generation of healthcare professionals and AI enthusiasts. She also maintains a keen interest in FemTech, recognising its potential to empower women’s health through innovative digital solutions.

Her multifaceted expertise in AI and digital management, coupled with her clinical background and business experience, uniquely positions her to navigate the complexities of healthcare AI implementations and foster a culture of innovation and equity.
