Bharakhada, Nilesh

Dr Nilesh Bharakhada is a GP partner and Executive Clinical Director for Health & Care at the Professional Record Standards Body (PRSB). He is also Chair of the RCGP North and West London Faculty, a PCN clinical director and Clinical Director for Quality and Governance for Hillingdon Health and Care Partners. Previously, he has been the RCGP national champion for implementing care and support planning, held CCG Governing Body roles overseeing long-term conditions, personalised care and prevention, and led numerous sector-wide digital committees including Chair of the Digital Care Records and Interoperability group in the North-West London ICS.
