Matea is a portfolio GP and Clinical Lead for Primary Care Digital Delivery and Transformation at NHS South East London Integrated Care Board (SEL ICB), where she focuses on modernizing and streamlining digital pathways for clinicians and patients alike. She is currently overseeing the Virtual Ward pathways across South East London. In parallel, she serves as the GP Lead for Primary Care Workforce Implementation at SEL ICB, working to optimise team structures, training, and resource allocation.
She holds a PhD in Health Informatics and is part of the current cohort of the Imperial College Digital Health Leadership Programme.
